Refund & Exchange Request
Customers may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Products that show signs of wear, misuse, or have missing accessories may not qualify for a refund or exchange. To initiate a request, please contact us at alarabmarketplace56@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the product, and a brief explanation of the issue. Our support team will review your case and guide you through the process.

Return Instructions
Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to send the product back. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for the same item in case of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery. If the requested item is out of stock, we may offer a replacement product of equal value or issue a full refund. Please note that certain items, such as hygiene products, personal care items, and special-order goods, are not eligible for return or exchange due to safety and quality reasons.
